Also featured in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing various parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for boat shelters.
